Introducing Voyager Premium Climbing Line
Ferndale, WA – March 1, 2017 – Samson, the worldwide leader in high-performance rope, is pleased to introduce Voyager, the newest addition to the V-Series of premium climbing lines.  Like its counterparts, Velocity and Vortex, Voyager combines high-strength performance with light weight, flexibility, and ease of use. Constructed with a stabilized nylon core and polyester cover, double-braid Voyager is 11.8mm in diameter, a new size offering for Samson.
“We responded to our customer base with Voyager,” said Vince Trotta, Director of Sales, Americas at Samson.  “Arborists have long been telling us that they prefer Velocity and Vortex over other climbing lines, and wish there were similar ropes available in different sizes.  Voyager is the answer.”
Available in Samson’s cool color offering, a combination of blue, neon green, and white, Voyager will be a welcome addition for any arborist’s climbing rope needs.  It is easy to handle, works well when wet, and is great for footlocking and knot-holding. Progressive arborists require a rope that fits well with today’s hardware and one that is fully compatible with stationary rope system (also known as single-rope technique – SRT) climbing. Voyager meets this requirement; rounding out the V-Series product offering at 11.8mm (15/32") diameter.
Samson continues to set the standard for strength and flexibility in arborist lines, and can be trusted as a safe and secure stronghold for all arborist climbing activities.  Voyager is available now.  Visit our product page or contact your local Samson distributor for more information.
